These terms govern your use of the Fleeting iOS app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Where you downloaded Fleeting from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Fleeting lets you write time capsules — messages to your future self — that are sealed and returned to you on a future date. Once a capsule is sealed, it cannot be opened, edited, or deleted individually before its surface date. That is the point of the product; please write accordingly.
Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
We work hard to make sure every capsule surfaces on time, but Fleeting is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Fleeting after that means you accept the updated terms.
